Legal Purchasing Agreement

 

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing rings from our website, including made-to-order rings, fully custom designs, semi-custom pieces, and "Ready to Ship" jewellery. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. All rings in our collection are crafted to order based on your selected preferences, such as ring size, metal, stone type, and stone size. Since each piece is custom-made exclusively for you, all sales are final—we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations on these items.

2. Custom and Semi-Custom Designs

We offer both fully custom and semi-custom jewelry projects. Fully custom designs are one-of-a-kind creations tailored entirely to your specifications. Semi-custom projects involve modifications to existing designs to better suit your preferences. Both types of custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled once confirmed.

3. Ready to Ship Jewellery

"Ready to Ship" are available in pre-set designs and can be resized to your requested size before shipment. Once resized, these items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

4. Deposits & Final Payments

A minimum deposit of 50% is required to begin production on any made-to-order or custom jewellery. This deposit is non-refundable. If you choose to pay in installments, the remaining balance must be paid within 14 days of completion. The ring will only be shipped once full payment has been received.

 

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions, forming a legally binding agreement governing the purchase of jewellery from our website.
