My Story
Jewellery has held me since childhood — the light in a stone, the weight of a piece in the hand, the sense that something so small could carry so much. That fascination took me from Poland to London, and through fifteen years inside some of the most storied names in the world of jewellery: Van Cleef & Arpels, Sotheby's, Phillips, Liberty, Harrods. I learned how the great pieces are made, sold, treasured — and passed down.
But I always knew that one day, the pieces would be mine to create. I founded Carolina Chabert in 2021, and in 2026 I opened the door of my own boutique-atelier in Carouge, a town built by artisans in the eighteenth century — where jewellery is still made today.

Much of what I do begins with a person: a story told across my table, a stone inherited from a grandmother, an idea sketched on the back of an envelope.
An engagement ring, a transformation of something you already own, a gift for someone irreplaceable — my work is to listen first, and then to make it real.

Every piece begins as a hand-drawn sketch. It's how I've always worked — pencil on paper, refining a line until it feels right.
My training in the history of art and design means I can work in any language a client brings me: the geometry of Art Deco, the flow of Art Nouveau, the romance of a Victorian heirloom, or something entirely of today. Whatever the inspiration, I know how to honour it — and make it yours.
From sketch to finished piece, I work to the standard I learned in the great houses: nothing approximate, jewellery crafted to be worn for years and passed on through generations.
