A single lapis lazuli disc on a fine chain in rhodium-plated sterling silver, carried on a tapered bail.
The blue is deep and flecked, the star bright across it, triangles set around the rim in silver and diamond.
Also in white mother-of-pearl and in malachite. Made to order.
